30th Anniversary Celebration Payment for members $50 (non-member cost is $110, and if you are a certified instructor, you can receive benefits of being a member)

Please now pay $50 (the member's subsidised cost for the day) to IAIMNZ's ANZ bank account 06-0188-0066123-00. This number will be displayed again when you have submitted this registration form, and will also be emailed to you afterwards. The name of the bank account is long and now that there is payee name checking, you may have to put the whole lot in! Name of bank account is INT-L ASSOCIATION OF INFANT MASSAGE. Please put your name and 30 Anniv in the reference of the bank credit.
